When we first got our golden doodle Winnie we have never had a dog before let alone a puppy. In the early days when we didn’t know how to keep her entertained we were so glad we discovered The Modern Dog. Winnie loved the people there and they kept the dogs playing safely. Winnie goes two times a week, sometimes more sometimes less whatever fits our family schedule. The Modern Dog I can truly say is part of Winnie’s family. I love the cleanliness of the facility and staff are well trained. Our mini golden doodle Maple has been going to The Modern Paw daycare once a week for about 6 months now. She loves the staff and has a great time there! I like that I can check in on her via the cameras and see her interacting with the other dogs and the human attendant. The booking app is convenient, and my emails are always answered quickly. She has bad separation anxiety, and was terrified to stay somewhere without me. The first few weeks were rough for the both of us, but thankfully I was always able to keep an eye on her via the webcams. The staff did everything they could to keep her comfortable and relaxed, including moving her to a room with smaller dogs who she felt more confident around. She has now been attending daycare for almost a month, and it's been so great to see how her confidence has blossomed. She is so excited to spend time with her friends, running around the playroom and interacting with the staff. The employees are always great, supportive, and understanding, and recognized my pup by name in no time!
