Meet and Greet
Our Meet & Greet is a key part of ensuring the safety and happiness of all dogs in our care. It helps us confirm that your pup is a good fit for our open play environment. Every dog attending daycare or boarding must complete this process. Once your appointment is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with a link to your Gingr account. From there, you can complete your registration, upload vaccination records, and review and electronically sign our Client Agreement. Need a hand? We’re happy to contact your vet and gather the vaccination records for you!

What to Expect on Meet and Greet Day
To begin the Meet & Greet process, a $39 evaluation fee is required and must be paid in advance. When you arrive, please bring your dog on a leash with a collar or harness.
One of our trained evaluators will spend 20–30 minutes getting to know your pup. During this time, you’re welcome to ask questions, tour the facility, and even watch the playrooms live in action.
If your dog is a good fit for our open-play environment, they’re invited to stay and enjoy the rest of the day—on us!
Evaluation Includes
- Wellness check
- Response to staff interaction
